What happens after I accept the quote—how do I confirm my order?
Once you approve the quote, we will share a secure payment link. After payment confirmation, your order will be processed and shipped as per the agreed timeline. Please use NEFT or RTGS for transactions. Other online payment options are not available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. For online transactions, we accept payments via NEFT or RTGS only.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Refunds for cancellations are processed within 7–10 business days.
